The Friends of Heckington WindmillFounded in 1981 the Friends are a registered Charity (1139207) with around 200 members. The Friends are a voluntary group of enthusiasts who include guides, shop staff and a team of millers. The mill is run entirely on voluntary donations and volunteer time.

TOUR GUIDES
Learn all about Heckington Mill and then share your knowledge with others. Experience - none - full training given. SHOP ASSISTANTS Required to help out on a part-time basis in the mill. Hours of work - as many or as few as you can give. MILLERS Get real hands-on experience by becoming a miller and helping us grind our flour. You will need to be fairly fit as this involves regularly climbing to the top of the mill!
