Field to Fork

We are very proud that the grain we use to produce our flour is supplied by farmers from the local area, often within sight of the windmill.  The grain is harvested and threshed using traditional methods and the grain brought to the windmill for milling.    Once milled the flour is used in the bakehouse to produce freshly baked cakes for our visitors to sample in the tea room.

Good quality Lincolnshire food, produced using traditional methods. What could be better?

The Miller's House - Tea Room

The Miller's House tea room serves cakes, snacks & light refreshments.
​All produce is made using locally sourced produce and cakes and breads made using our own stone-ground Heckington Windmill flours.

OUR FLOUR

All our flour is stone-ground at the windmill, using locally grown wheat. Available to buy from the mill shop.
