Visit the only surviving eight-sailed windmill in the country and discover one of the finest examples of 19th Century windmill technology.

Heckington Windmill is situated in the beautiful village of Heckington, just 5 miles east of Sleaford and 12 miles west of Boston in the Lincolnshire countryside. A perfect place to stop on the A17.

Heckington mill is currently waiting for new sails to be made and will be fully operational again as soon as the sail repairs are complete. Flour (ground locally) and oats are still available from the mill shop.
