We will be milling on the Hurst Frame, and running steam engine Maud providing a working display of milling on a farm mill

Heckington Windmill played a key role in a Guinness World Record for the fastest produced loaf of bread.
 In 1992 the bakers in the village took standing wheat from the field to the table, via the mill - just 21 minutes!
